Yes. Patient records are private to your clinic, only the clinic owner and the dentists you authorise can view them, enforced by per-clinic access controls, and never shared with other clinics. Clinical notes are immutable, and everything is handled in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). We're also hardening access so that not even the Teethly team can view your patient records without your clinic owner's explicit approval.
Teethly Finder sends you brand-new, first-visit patients, whether they first reach you by chat, video call, or booking. The new-patient fee is normally ₱150, but it's fully waived for a full year for our first 20 founding clinics to register. Returning patients are always free.
