Terms of Service

Last updated: March 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Teethly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Teethly is operated by Teethly Technologies ("we," "us," "our").

2. Service Description

Teethly is a cloud-based dental practice management platform providing appointment scheduling, patient CRM, electronic health records (EHR), treatment plan management, clinical notes, e-prescriptions, and revenue analytics to dental clinics in the Philippines.

3. Clinic Responsibilities

  • Clinics are solely responsible for the accuracy of all patient data entered into the system.
  • Clinics must obtain valid patient consent before recording personal health information.
  • Clinics must comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and all applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Clinics must maintain valid PRC licenses for all practitioners using the e-prescription feature.
  • Account credentials must not be shared. Clinics are responsible for all activity under their account.

4. Data Ownership

All patient data, clinical records, and treatment plans entered by a clinic remain the property of that clinic. Teethly acts solely as a data processor and does not claim ownership over clinic data. Upon termination, clinics may request a full data export.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, AWS) or force majeure events.

6. Billing & Subscription

Teethly offers monthly subscription plans billed in Philippine Peso (₱). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Early access pilot participants receive complimentary access for their agreed pilot period. Failure to pay may result in account suspension after a 14-day grace period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Teethly is a practice management tool, not a medical device. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using the platform. The platform does not provide medical advice. Clinics assume full responsibility for clinical outcomes and treatment decisions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila.
